Uniterrene Websoft Private Ltd. has created this refund policy to issue refunds, process
refund claims and handle money transaction matters. This refund policy is not applicable
to (A) companies not owned by Uniterrene Websoft Private Ltd., (B) websites linked from
this website, (C) a person not employed or managed by Uniterrene Websoft, or (D) any

Claiming a Refund
We strongly believe in delivering quality service within the given time. If that does not
happen, or you face a problem, or things are not working out despite trying all possible
attempts to reach a mutually acceptable solution, you can claim a refund. We aim to build
an amicable relationship at the core of our organization — if you are not satisfied,
or the settlement process fails, you can claim a refund.
Before you claim your refund, please go through the refund policy stated below:
- We treat every project with equal care and dignity; if you are not happy with the outcome, we will work on your refund request while respecting your views.
- Full payment will be returned if: a) the project has not kicked off, b) the design is not approved or does not meet your expectations, or c) we fail to deliver your project within the scheduled time.
- We will return a partial amount proportionate to the work completed. No refund will be issued if the project is completed and uploaded to the server.
Note: For directory submission, article submission, social bookmarking, or
templates (web / corporate identity / MS Office), no refund is payable. The three
conditions above apply to website, logo or brochure design only.
- You will receive a full refund for web development if the project has not started within the time agreed. If there is no agreement mentioning a refund policy, you will receive a proportionate refund for the incomplete portion of the job, calculated by the ratio of completed to remaining work as stated in the agreement.
- For any software product, a refund must be claimed within 30 days of purchase.
- If we fail to deliver your project due to the irresponsibility of our staff, a proportionate amount will be returned if the client decides to cancel the project.
- No refund will be issued if the client delays providing resources. If the client is not satisfied with the work, they should notify us and request changes; negotiations after the scheduled date are not acceptable. Changes requested after the scheduled date or after the project is uploaded will be charged extra. You are required to pay for the service already completed by our team.
- We are not liable to maintain the scheduled project timeline if payment terms are not cleared by the client.
- Clients should communicate and stay connected with us in a positive manner and provide required information in a timely way; any delay or project failure on this account is not eligible for a refund claim.
- We are not obligated to honor our refund policy if detailed information and data are not provided to us by the client.
- We are not liable to provide compensation if we fail to deliver your project due to: a) any natural disaster such as flood or storm, b) any political disruption preventing our staff from working, c) any internal problem within our organization, or d) a serious technical failure.
- Uniterrene Websoft is not bound to refund a missed delivery schedule unless there is a written agreement with a penalty clause.
Note: Refund policies are subject to change without prior notice; you are
advised to review the instructions, policies and conditions periodically. Continuing a
project with us indicates your acceptance of the conditions stated here.
